Israeli Test House Ltd. for over 12 years has provided test, reliability, failure analysis and turn key services to the growing fabless, chip design and IC manufacturing market segments in Israel, Europe, USA and Asia by specialized and dedicated engineering and production teams working in our clean room test labs.
EMA (Exel-MPL and AVBA partnership) has developed a unique supply chain management model / inventory life cycle management to high volume ICs production fabs since 4 years, which was recently expanded to Europe, USA and Asia by establishing local subsidiaries to support multinational wafer fab manufacturing across the globe.
Avronix Ltd. (AVBA - Westerwood Global Ireland partnership) provides since 3 years a unique support model to wafer fab manufacturers of top equipment experts sourced around the world to perform installations, IQ management, upgrades, refurbishment as well as onsite and project-based services.
