Temp Forcing System

For engineering and device characterization applications, Delta offers the ETC 2000, a new active conduction thermal control system. The ETC 2000 quickly conditions parts to test temperature and accurately maintains setpoint by efficiently dissipating the heat generated during device test.

Test Handlers

Delta Design offers solutions in Pick-and-Place, Test-in-Tray and Test-on-Strip - for all surface mount devices, including BGA, FBGA, and Micro BGA, with quick changeover, high throughput, fast index time.
Handlers can be easily re-tooled to handle new packages.
